Steve Hayes has been in the building trades since 1984 and has operated his own independent company since 1989. Although a true Petoskey native, he has spent time in the Mt. Pleasant, Michigan area and Northern Virginia. In 1989 he became a Class A Virginia builder. The Michigan builder's license has been held since 1993.      Steve works on jobs himself but also has the best, proven help. He is known for his personal service, attention to detail, and fast accurate work.      Steve is a past president of the local home builders association (LTAHB), a past chairman of its Remodelors Council, and the 1999 recipient of the Clyde Whaley award.
